The Villa Belvedere housing estate includes 110 parcels with the area from 800 to 2500 m² each. All parcels are being land developed with water, kanalizacja, energy and phone line. The parcels are located on zbocze of the hill about 10 to 33 meters above the sea level. The housing estate is located 300 meters west from Zatoka Gdańska and north of valley of Reda and Chylonka known for wide meadows of nature reservation area of wild birds. This excellent location offers a great view on the harbour and the neighbouring properties do not shadow each other. North behind the estate there is a forest on the hill. Due to a peculiar land profile the houses are built in a cascade form so that they don’t shadow each others’ view.

The estate is located in Osłonino In Zatoka Gdańska, namely In Zatoka Pucka. It is situated between cottages Mrzezino and Osłonino. Its administrative accessory is cottage Osłonino in the district of Puck.

It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the center of Gdynia.
